Ágora residencies are immersive experiences of creation, research, and situated thinking.
Each residency is organized around a specific theme, developed by an academic in the field, who sustains the conceptual framework of the work and leads instances of reading, revision, and critical feedback on individual production.
They take place in venues located in towns or cities and take the territory as their starting point: its history, landscape, cultural tensions, and community.
The program is structured through a careful and articulated organization, combining spaces for group discussion and exchange, periods of individual work, and encounters with the local context.

EXPERIENCE
Ágora is grounded in the same curatorial line of selection and curatorship that shapes Revoluciones Íntimas, both projects under the curatorship of Italian-Argentine cultural manager Nora Galia. From this framework, Ágora is envisioned with an international team of professors—bringing together educators from Argentina, Spain, and Italy—to shape a proposal of high academic level, open to exchange, living thought, and dialogue with the contexts and communities that host it.

in Revoluciones íntimas

Ágora’s programs are led by educators, artists, and cultural figures with internationally recognized careers in their respective fields.
Each edition brings together specially selected guest professors, chosen according to the program’s conceptual focus and the territorial context in which it takes place. These figures combine practice, critical thinking, and a strong capacity for knowledge transmission, working in dialogue with participants and the local community.
